How to Make Ribollita Soup – FP Approved Recipe!

If you’ve ever been to Florence and had Ribollita, you’ll want to recreate this at home.  But beware, not all versions are acceptable and you don’t want to get busted by the Food Police!  You’ll need Tuscan Kale (cavolo nero) and to be ultra-up-to-code, you’ll pane Toscano (bread made without salt).  But the FP will often look the other way over the bread…  Click for full recipe here.
